Information
MPV's, 4x4's, Commercials or Vehicles with excessive pet hair may be subject to an additional charge,
Any such charges will be agreed before any work begins on your vehicle,
Out of hours ie 9am till 5pm, you may be subject to an additional charge.
Vehicles should be emptied by the customer before work commences otherwise we reserve the right to vacuum around any obstructive object.
Child seats should be removed / refitted by the customer only.
Any complaints should be made initially by telephone to Dave on 07588 671401 within 6 hours of any valet and also put in writing within 24 hours.
